QNX CAR with Apple iPod out

Everyone's allowed a little self-promotion once in a while!  Here's a video of me showing off a new QNX CAR feature:  iPod Out Video

I don't think I'll be moving to Hollywood anytime soon!

    Great Video! Quick question... Do you know if this will be retro to old hardware (say 2011 vehicles)? Not really concerned with Ipod out, but more Terminal Mode?

    The first vehicle I'm aware of that will have an implementation of Terminal Mode will be the Connected Mini Cooper, and I think it's actually for sometime at the end of the year.

    Ok, does it require specific hardware or could it be a firmware upgrade? If I purchase a car today that doesn't today support Terminal Mode, might that same vehicle support it down the road?
